WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
     We offer an no questions asked 30 day return policy on new, unused merchandise.


CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
     You can cancel/return your order for a full refund as long as the above criteria applies.


HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I'VE ALREADY PLACED?
     Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to modify your order prior to shipment.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
     We use several 3rd party fulfillment partners depending on the product purchased.  Apparel generally ships within a 3-5 day window while hats and accessories tend to ship within 5-9 business days based on current volume.  Once fulfilled, transit times will range from 2-5 business days based on your location relative to the suppliers location.


WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECIEVE MY ORDER?
     In the very off chance your order never arrives, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will reach out to our supplier for an expedited replacement.


WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ORDER?
     We spent many hours scouring potential partners that we feel meet our high quality standards.  With that said, mistakes happen.  If you ever receive a product that is not satisfactory, please contact us and we will arrange an expedited replacement from our supplier.

HOW IS THE PRODUCT MADE?
-Technology & Inks
     Our suppliers use only top-of-the-line equipment; they currently run Kornit Avalanche HD6 and the brand new Atlas machines. They use proprietary software and technology that runs throughout the operation. It is the secret sauce that makes their equipment and operation teams run at optimal efficiency. The entire process is eco-friendly; inks are water-based, bio-degradable and non-toxic; their production is fully automated and paperless.
-Quality control
     The difference is in the details. Every garment is meticulously R&D’d for best print and color results. Checkpoints throughout the process ensure your garments are picked, printed, packed and shipped correctly. Ongoing software and system advances help us to stay ahead of the curve.
-Packaging control
     All garments are professionally folded and carefully inserted into self-sealing poly mailers with UV protective coating inside. Large orders are packaged in a corrugated box.


WHERE DO THE MATERIALS COME FROM?
     The raw materials used to produce our products are supplied from various locations around the globe.  Rest assured that all of our partners are located in the US so all finished products are made right here in the good ol' USA.  Most products have the source location listed in the description in the event you need this information.


HOW DO I CONTACT YOUR COMANY IF MY QUESTION ISN'T ANSWERED HERE?
